Sutton & Cheam School Championships 2019

It's that time of the year where you can feel the excitement as schools prepare for another National School Championship at the Copperbox!

Nomads have been helping local schools prepare with 13 teachers (from 5 Nomads-linked schools) being put through the EKA's “Teaching Korfball to Children” course which was organised by Nomads and hosted at Epsom College. Off the back of this, we have had two schools purchase korfball equipment and four have hired equipment via the Nomads ring-fenced youth fund.

Participating schools Cheam Park Farm, Cheam Common, Cheam Field, Brookfield, Nonsuch and Stanley Park are working towards the Sutton & Cheam School Championships on the 28 April at Cheam Sports Club, with the winner qualifying for the EKA National School Championships on the 1 June at the box that rocks!
